OutfitScenes makes photographs of products for stores. These rules say what you may give us and what we will make. They are part of our Terms of Service.
What you may give us
- Products you have the right to sell. No counterfeits or replicas of another brand's products.
- Photos you have the right to use. Photos you took, own, or have permission to use. If a photo shows a person, that person must have agreed to the photo being used to sell the product.
- Clothing, shoes and bags for adults. We do not shoot children's clothing, and we never make photographs of children.
What we will not make
- Anything sexual or sexually suggestive, nudity, or lingerie presented in a sexual way.
- Anything involving minors, or anyone who looks like a minor.
- The likeness of a real person — a celebrity, a public figure, or anyone else — unless it is your own model, made with that person's consent (see Models & likeness).
- Another company's logo or trademark added to your products, or anything that suggests a brand, celebrity or organisation endorses you when it does not.
- Hateful, violent or harassing content.
- Anything meant to deceive — for example, presenting a generated photograph as a real customer review or a real person's testimonial.
- Anything unlawful where you sell.
We may decline a product, refuse to make or deliver a photograph, or remove one, if it breaks these rules. Checking a product's photos is charged once it is done, even if we then cannot use them; a photograph we refuse to make is not charged. Accounts that keep breaking them are closed.
How you use what we make
Use the photographs and videos honestly. They show your product on a generated person; do not claim the person is a real customer or a real model you hired. Follow the advertising and marketplace rules where you publish, including any rule that AI-generated images or models be labelled (see AI disclosure).
If you think something infringes your rights
If you believe a photograph made with OutfitScenes, or a product photo in it, infringes your copyright or trademark, write to our designated agent:

Please include: your name and contact details; what you believe is infringed; where the material is (a link or a description we can find it by); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
We act on formal notices within 24 hours, tell the account holder, and restore material if the claim does not hold up. Repeat infringers lose access.
