Our models are not real people
The people in OutfitScenes photographs are generated. They do not exist, and none of them is made from a specific real person's likeness. A model may happen to look like someone; that is not intended, and if you believe one of our models was made to look like you, write to support@outfitscenes.com and we will look into it and remove the model if needed.
You choose who wears your products — women, women 50+, plus size or men.
Your own model
You can make a model from photos of a real person — yourself, your founder, a model you work with — so that person appears in your shoots. Because this is a real person's likeness, the rules are strict:
- You must have their consent. Before you upload, you confirm that the person has agreed to appear in AI-generated images for your store. Keep a record of that agreement; we may ask for it.
- Adults only. The person must be 18 or older.
- No public figures. We check each face and refuse celebrities and well-known people, even if you have their permission. Write to us if you have a licensing agreement and want an exception.
- Only for your store. A model made from your photos is used only in your shoots. We do not offer it to other customers, and we do not use those photos to train AI models.
- Taking it back. If the person withdraws consent, delete the model, or write to support@outfitscenes.com and we will delete it and the photos it was made from. Photographs already made and published remain your responsibility.
If you see yourself
If you believe a photograph made with OutfitScenes shows your likeness without your consent, write to support@outfitscenes.com with a link or a description. We will take it down from our systems and close the model behind it while we look into it.
