OutfitScenes is operated by BesidesGuide LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy covers outfitscenes.com and the OutfitScenes app for Shopify. It says what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who else handles it, and what you can do about it.
The short version
We need an email address (or your Shopify store) to know whose account it is, and the product photos you give us to make your photographs. We keep your photos and results so you can come back to them. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use your photos to train models.

Payment details. Card payments are handled by Stripe and Shopify billing by Shopify. We never see or store your card number.
Faces. When you make your own model, we check once that the face is not a well-known public figure. We do not build a face database, and we do not use faces to identify anyone.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we have not in the past twelve months. We do not let third parties place cookies or trackers on our site. We do not use your photos, your products or what we make for you to train image or language models, and we do not show them to other customers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our users or ourselves; if we receive such a demand we will tell you unless we are not allowed to.
Who else handles your data
Only service providers that run the Service for us, on our instructions, under confidentiality, and with only what they need:

They are all based in the United States. We will tell you which ones they are on request.
Cookies
One, first-party: it keeps you signed in on the website. Inside Shopify we use Shopify's own session instead of a cookie. No third-party cookies, so no cookie banner.
Your choices and rights
- Delete things. You can ask us to delete any product, photograph, model or your whole account at support@outfitscenes.com. We delete within 30 days; backups roll over within a further 30 days. Financial records are kept as above.
- Shopify stores. When you uninstall the app, we stop accessing your store at once. 48 hours later Shopify tells us to erase the store's data, and we delete its products, photographs, models and account, keeping only financial records.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability. Wherever you live — including California, the EU and the UK — you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to support@outfitscenes.com. We answer within the time the law allows, at no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
The Service is for businesses, and not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not make photographs of children.
Where your data is
We are based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your information is transferred there.
Security
Sign-in codes are short-lived and single-use. Your photographs are private to your account. Access to stores is limited to what the app needs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect, and we will not apply a materially different practice to information we already have without telling you first.
